Regrettably, orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
We employ third-party tracking systems to monitor orders. If the website confirms delivery, we consider it delivered. Refunds will only be considered if the province/state, city, or postal code from your tracking number does not align with the shipping details you provided.

Currently, we exclusively ship to the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. To ship to other countries, please email us your information, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
